The tilting drum type shot blasting machine is one of our latest research and development of standard series shot blasting cleaning equipment.This machine can be used to clean the easy flip workpiece,not easy to crashing of the brittle parts and not deep core of casting, forging and welding parts, remove the sand on the surface and oxide.The whole machine adopts PLC control, it is with high degree of automation,it both can stand-alone work, and also can wiring using.
Main Features
1.The machine adopt the straight association-like shot blasting machine, has the characteristics of long service life, simple structure.
2. Use BE type separator, good separation effect and higher productivity, to improve the blade life have a positive effect.
3. Uses the bag filter, dust emission concentration lower than the standards stipulated by the state, to improve the workers' labor environment.
4. Uses the steel plate drum, reduces the workpiece collisions, damage phenomenon, reduces the noise in the machine.
