1.Principle

By using air as raw material and based on the selective adsorption of molecular sieve, PSA nitrogen generator separates nitrogen from oxygen according to the principle of pressure adsorption and decomprssion desorption.

2.Applications

Nitrogen gas filling inside tyre instead of air filling can diminish the influence of expansion and contraction of tyre, also keep the good shape of tyre. Because of stable properties of nitrogen gas, alloy steel and iron steel ring of tyre is not easy to be rusted and corroded. Therefore the useful life of tyre is enlarged. In addition, it can reduce the tyre noise effectively.

Why use nitrogen for tyre inflation?

1.N2 is a kind of inert gas, it will stabilize the tyre pressure.

 2.N2 will reduce the noize made by the tyre.

 3.N2 will reduce the possilibility of  tyre blown

 4Tyres inflated with N2  with little water will not easy to get rusty, therefore prolong the service life of tyres
