The whole production line can produce the PVC window&doors profiles with width of 300mm(max) and solved the prodblem of waste PVC profiles recycling.

It is a special machine for processing arc windows. It includes the working table,the heating device and the shape-forming bands. The media oil is heated by electricity,and the profile is heated in the media oil. The semi-circle with the diameters from 500mm can be processed. With different shape forming bands, it can
process various profiles. It has features of reliability, safety and high efficiency.

Introduction:

This series extruders with different screws, dies and other auxiliaries can directly convert thermoplastic expecially PVC powders into pipe, sheet, film, and profile; also it can modify and granulate.
