Characteristics:

  K-304 is a  high strength uv curing modified acrylic adhesive which can be cure by expose to UV/Visible light of sufficient high intensity. good adhesion to glass and metals, like aluminum, stainless steel.especially suitable for small area of  glass to metals bonding in glass furniture.

Application: 

(1) Glue for different glasses to aluminum alloy bonding, such as, can bond in glass cabinet, glass table, glass desk, and other glass furniture.

(2)Bond for glass to other metals bonding, like aluminum, carbon steel, and stainless steel, etc.

Kafuter uv light adhesive is recommended for big area glass or crystal bonding .uv adhesive K-304 can be cured by exposure to UV/Visible light of sufficent intensity. surface cure is enhanced by exposure to uv light in the 200 to 260 nm range. cure rate and ultimate depth of cure depend on light intensity,spectral distribution of the light source, exposure time and light transmittane of the substrate through which the light must pass.

 Notes: 

1.This product is light sensitive, exposure to daylight, UV light and artificial lighting should be kept to a minimun during storage and handling.

2.For best peformance bond surfaces should be clean and free from grease.

3. cure rate is dependent on lamp intensity, distance from light source, depth of cure needed or bondline gap and light transmittance of the substrates through which tha radiation must pass.
