K-5213 is a high temperature thermal conductive silicone grease/paste/gel.

High thermal conductivity up to 3.5

Long working temperature (-50°c ~ +200°c)

Higher thixotropic, better elevation coating, and excellent stable properties

No toxic or corrosion, and not dry or dissolve.

APPLICATION

Potting and fixing in CPU, radiator (heat sink), aluminum and cooper substrates of PCB of electronics components in street lights, mine lamp, etc.
