1    How can I get some samples?

Small samples in store and can provide the samples for free. Catalogue is available, most patterns we have are  ready samples in stock. Customized samples will take about 3-5 days.

2     Could I get some samples for free?

To get free samples, you need to send us you detailed receiving address (including post code) and your DHL/FedEx/UPS account for collecting samples. Courier cost will be paid by your side.The freight depends on the weight and packing size and your area.

3    Can I choose the etching patterns?

We have hundreds of etching patterns for your choice from our etching catalogue. Besides that, the etching pattern can be custom-made.

4    Why you offer  price based on sheets?

Other companies may offer the unit price based on ton, but we offer the price based on sheets because 1 different surface finishes have different prices 2 We make different surface treatment sheets sheet by sheet. .If you would like the price based on ton, we can calculate the price per ton for you.

5    What is the MOQ?

There is no MOQ actually, but it would cost much more if you  just order one sheet with us. The more you order with us, the better price you will receive, you know.

6    What is the delivery?

Sample order’s delivery time is 5- 7 days. Container orders are about 15-30 days. Mostly it depends the quantity you order with us. We promise we’ll get the job done as your requirement.

7    How to protect the sheets?

Two white and black PE layers to cover the surface, each layer is 70 micro or (Total 140 micro), laser PVC is also workable.( Novacel or Poli-film brand )

8    What is the application about your products?

10   Why is the color of your sheets different from what I see in real sheets?

The color of decorative stainless steel sheets may have a little difference from what we see in real world because photo of the sheets are taken by camera from different angles. If you have high standards for colors, you can tell us what kind of color sheets do you need. Then we'll make the sheets according to your requirement.  Or you can check our products yourself by visiting our factory.

12   How can I get ur quotation?

Please send us detailed order information – Quantity, Specification (material grade, thickness, width, length and surface finish) via EMAIL or FAX, then the latest quotation can be offered.

13    Can we have our company name or logo on your products or the package?

Sure. Your logo can be putted on outside package by sticker. And if the cartons printing needed to be customized, please send us the artwork and detailed requirements by email or fax.
