1.Are you manufacturer or trading company?

We are the manufacturer of the decorative stainless steel sheets and other metal products.

We have our own factories with standard factory plant and the advanced technology production lines in Beijing, China.

2. How can I get some samples?

The samples in stock and sample catalogue can be available by free. Special samples can be customized.

3. What’s the MOQ?

Honestly speaking, we don’t have any exact MOQ. it’s ok if you would like only one sheet of the product.

We suggest 2 tons for the normal surface treatment sheets, such as No.8 Mirror, Hairline, Satin, Vibration, Bead Blasted, PVD color as our normal standard colors as trial order, and above 30 sheets for each pattern if there are etching sheets.

4. How can I choose the etching patterns?

We have hundreds of etching patterns for your choice from our etching catalogue. We could provide the e-pattern catalogue if you would like.

Besides of that, the etching pattern design can be made according to your requirements.

5. What’s your protection for the products?

High efficient PVC/PE film for the products, normally we will laminate 2 layers of the PVC film for the surface of the stainless steel sheet. We could use different kinds of PVC/PE film according to your requirements.

6. What’s the package of your products?

We have solid wooden case with fumigated logo which is strong enough and suitable for the sea transportation.

We also could make the packages according to your requirements and ensure the good protective function.

7. What about your production time?

Quantity below 2 tons, it takes 7 to 10 days;

Quantity one container, it takes 20 to 30 days.

Mostly it depends the quantity you order with us. We promise we’ll get the job done as your requirement.

8. What is the application about your products?

1)  elevator door/cabin or escalator’s side-wall

2)  wall cladding inside or outside meeting room, subway station, restaurant and the entertainment places

3)  facade when cladding over something, like household appliances, furniture, cabinets and cooking benches in the Kitchen, columns in the lobby, etc.

9. How to visit your factory?

Please tell me when you are planning to visit our factory. We’ll arrange a car to fetch you when you arrived at Beijing.

10. How can I get your quotation?

Please send us detailed order information – Quantity, Specification (material grade, thickness, width, length and surface finish), surface treatments via EMAIL or Skype or WhatsApp, then the latest quotation can be offered.

11. Can we have our company name or logo on your products or the package?

Sure. Your logo can be printed on the surface of package and the PVC/PE film. And the mark can be printed as your requirements, please send us the artwork and detailed requirements by e-mail.

12. How to take order?

Please send us your purchase order with the details as below by e-mail or online, then we will send the PI or Sales Contract to you. The following information need to be confirmed for our order:

1) Shipping information-company name, detailed address, phone number, fax number, sea port or air port of destination.

2) Product information – Quantity, Specification (material grade, thickness, width, length, surface finish).
