I.Description of Solid block cutting machine :

JQF ground flip AAC block cutting machine is an important equipment of aerated concrete production line.

Main cutting machine is: China turnover type cutting machine (also known as ground overturned cutting machine) and simplified step cutting machine (also known as the air cutting machine).

II.Features of Block cutting machine :

III. Block cutting machine structure and working principle :

The cutting machine comprises: A machine frame, A turnover table, Crosscutting mechanism, horizontal cutting car, Hydraulic system and Electric control system.

1.Machine frame: Include the left and the right longitudinal beam frame, beam, column, rack, sharp rail, flat track and composition; Main function is to make the horizontal cutting vehicle horizontal motion and crosscutting mechanism in its tracks for vertical lifting movement in its tracks.

2.The turnover table : Consists of the overturning frame, carts, trolleys, flip the main cylinder and walking cylinder etc.

Its role is to enable the horizontal placed in turn turntable blank the cart forward flip 90 degrees, and moves to the cutting position, horizontal, vertical cutting and six surface finish cutting, cutting and then flip back to the starting position.

3.Crosscutting mechanism: Include crosscutting frame, transmission device, a guide wheel, and across the swing device, cutting wire etc.

The transmission and cross device drives the crosscutting frame on the body of vertical cutting, cutting steel wire at the same time as the double swing.

4.Horizontal cutting vehicle : Composed of frame, a scraper device, edge cutting device, transmission device, hanging string frame, groove wheel group, flat wheel group etc.

Horizontal cutting at both sides of the vehicle are respectively provided with two groups of groove wheel and a two group of flat wheel, driven by the driving device and horizontal cutting car rail walking back and forth in peace rail, to achieve the level of cutting and "bread" cutting.

5.Hydraulic system: composed of oil station, motor, pump, all kinds of valves, pipe connector etc.

Main function is to make the turnover table stationary accurately flip 90 degrees, cart, car synchronous moves to a corresponding position.

6.Electrical control system : according to the requirement, to realize the manual and automatic control of all the action.
