2-   Steel to rubber embossing roller, electric-heating stable temperature to make embossing pattern. Steel to steel embossing roller can be equipped with according to customers demand.

3-   The embossing pattern can be decided by customer, two embossing units can be fixed on the machine to meet different market demand.

4-   It is able to print 1 to 2 colors design on paper, such as company brand, telephone number, cartoon picture and so on, the printing pattern can be changed.

5-   Belt drive, web tension control device.

6-   Electrical counting device.

7-   Automatically load jumbo roll unit can be equipped according to customers demand.

1. The guarantee is one year. After the machine arrive the buyer’s factory, we will send our engineer to the buyer’s factory to install and test the machine, and offer training for the buyer’s technicians about 7-10 days. The buyer should pay for visa fee, round trip tickets, hotel, food and salary USD80/day for each engineer.

2. The electrical components, the loss by nature and artificial damage created by unprofessional technician, not in the scope of the warranty.

3. We offer lifetime services. Whether the machine is under warranty or out of warranty, if the customer has any problem on machine operation, we will help the customer solve the problem by phone/fax/email immediately. If the customer request, we will send our engineer to the customer’s factory to fix problem, and the buyer should pay for visa fee, round trip tickets, hotel, food and salary USD80/day for each engineer.
