 1. How can get quotation?

 Click inquiry, write quantity, attach product's images, your usage, product function,material, size, packing requirement, destination port, shipment way, payment term, delivery time.

2. How can I get a sample?

Attache product's  image, quantity. Usually, one sample is free, but express fee on buyer's size. Buyer can provide their company's Courier account , such UPS, Fedex, TNT...   If don't have Courier account, you can pay express to our bank account.

Bank charge on buyer's side. Don't forget to email us bank slip after make payment. We"ll sent sample after we received your express fee. Don't forget to tell your detail contact information: country, Province, city, street, zipper code/postal code, Your Full name, Company name, Tel number.

3. Why no reply form your side?

Our working time is: Monday to Friday : 9:00 AM-17:30PM  East time.Please notice we are in different time zone.

4. Can I printing my own logo on the product? 

Of course, we can print your logo on your product. You can sent us your artwork or color box design.

5. Why I can not get ideal reply from your side?

Becasse you didn't tell detail requirement even without a product image. we don't know your detail requirement.

6. Why I can not get a quotation? but get questions?

Becasse price was based on:  product's images, your usage, product function,material, size, packing requirement, destination port, shipment way, payment term, delivery time. We try our best to reply you quotation in the first email. But some times, we don't know your detail requirement to quote, so we need more info from your side.
