Design of the cold room doors
1. Design the chiller room with temperature -5degree C or above, freezer room -18degree C or above.
2. Design the ambient temperature at +30degee C~+50 degee C
3. Cold room panels with 100% polyurethane insulation ,panel thick 100mm,painted galvanized steel on both sides PU panel, color: grey white.
4. Interring cam lock system for easy installation by using hexagonal key base on the drawing.
5. Required Copeland,bitzer, refcomp. fusheng ,etc air cooled condensing unit,high efficiency
6. Air cooled, run on gas R404a,environmently friendly.

Door panel:
It's assembled by whole polyurethane foaming with panel.It has beautiful appearance and Design of cold bridge,and it's with good insulation performance.Stainless steel plates,color steel plates or embossed aluminium plate can be selected as door panels as per requirements.A small door can be installed on this big door to provide convenience for the entry and exit of the staff.
Sealing strip:
Epdm material production, its Chemical resistance stability is good, durable prevent ageing, long-term working temperature is -55°C~+135°C.
Door frame:
It's enclosed by high strength aluminium alloy with process of cold bridge,and electric heating wire can be added.The whole appearance is beautiful and the door frame is serviceable.
Accesssory:
Guide rail is made from aluminium alloy,it adopts unique structure of "floating for opening and sinking for closing" to provide good sealing performance.double bearing idler pulley with high strength is adopted to make the door slide more stably and smoothly.Tripping device is equipped to prevent people side the cold storage from trapping.Door opener adopts the lever princeple to make it more convenient to open.Electric heating film glass window can be optional for collision.
