Lines for slaughter and processing of rabbits 

We construct complete lines for the slaughter and processing of rabbits with the capacity from 50 to 3000 rabbits/hour. 

All lines are constructed according to the EU regulations and norms in force. We supply new lines or reconstruct old ones, where we adjust new equipment to the existing space. 

TRANSPORTATION

For the transportation of fresh meat, there are two options to choose from: standard transportation along a sliding rail and automatic transport in facilities. Different implementations enable transportation along the slaughter line, halls and refrigerated rooms.



Automatic transports are supported by corresponding software, which means that all transports can be controlled from one place in the slaughterhouse, while the computer software with installed conveyor transports performs the moving of fresh meat suspended on transporter hooks along the entire facility.



The transportation system of the facility comprises also equipment and admission rooms. In the expedite and impedit part of the production facilities, there are numerous machines installed to help with loading and unloading, which excellently serve their purpose. 



What also requires mentioning is the vacuum transport system, which is principally intended for transportation of wastes from slaughterhouses. 



A great advantage of the pneumatic transport is that it takes up only very little space, which can be used for other more important equipment. Additionally, the system requires very little maintenance. 
The vacuum transportation system is useful not only in slaughter industry but is also very successfully used in shipbuilding, kitchens, healthcare establishments and the rest of the food industry.

MEAT CUTTING AND SORTING

Meat cutting and sorting is also one of the branches our experts are engaged in. The sorting of meat for the needs of wide consumption and own meat processing is the largest and most demanding technological operation in the meat industry after slaughter and refrigeration. 



With quality cutting and processing of individual pieces of fresh meat, we ensure the basic conditions for successful sale even before the packing of the meat. MEAT PROCESSING

The known types of processing are the so-called cold, hot and permanent, where the products- in addition to the basic technological procedures- are qualitatively upgraded in natural or artificial climatic conditions. Together with its partners, LIMOS offers and ensures comprehensive solutions also in this field.

HYGIENE AND STERILIZATION

In the field of hygiene we have at our disposal a wide variety of products, especially for the sanitation of slaughterhouse equipment (hooks, knives, axes, saws and similar). 



We also manufacture equipment for personal hygiene, from wash basins, wall urinals, toilet bowls, to sanitation blocks, which are adjusted for each object individually. All equipment is made from rust resistant materials.
