1. How can I visit your factory?

You can simply order an air ticket to BeJing and contact us. Our drive, manager, technician and director will  accompany you throughout the whole journey. Please feel free to come to visit and enjoy our hospitality. 

2. Do I need to assemble the item?

Yes! Due to the space saving method for the container, most of our products are unassembled. An assembly  instruction will be attached on the seat of the product, you may also consult us for more details.

3. Was the price solid? Is the price negotiable?

The price shown on the website are quite solid and not  much room for bargaining.  That price are reasonable,competitive  and really meant something. For big ordering we can offer an discount about $ 0.5-1.0 dollars depend on the terms of condition and treatment.

4. How can I know the completion of my order? 

Upon receipt of the deposit, we will immediately arrange for the production, after the order is completed, we will  inspect and test all products carefully to ensure no damage and lost, we will also send you the detection  images of your order before delivery for you to confirm.
