II. Cold room panel, size, and temperature: 

    The storage temperature is displayed and controlled by the digital thermostat with which reliable storage is provided; modular cold room is a new product with various standard sizes. Its storage capacity may be specified or selected according to the requirements of the customer. 

III. Application of cold room: 

    Food (meat, vegetable, fruit, dairy, drink), medicine, chemical, electronics, etc. Cold storage are widely used in food process factory, dairy factory, pharmaceutical factory, chemical factory, fruit and vegetable warehouse, egg storage, hotel, supermarket, hospital, blood bank, troops and laboratory. 

   The precise control and adjustment of temperature enables the customers to achieve the utmost efficiency and benefits. 

   All panels are made tongue and groove edges and are locked together with cam lock fasteners, which can be unscrewed easily with a hexagon.

    The polyurethane cold plate is process by mold high pressure foam ,with a certain standard size ,the width of the cold plate regards 295.3 as the modulus, the length of the cold plate not more than 12 meters, non-standard sizes can be customized ,the price is extra.

    This series products feature box type structure with hermetic and semi-hermetic compressor, that is compact and pleasant looking, applicable to cold display cases, cold storage rooms, ice producers etc.

Air cooler

Features of the air cooler are as following:

 1) This kind of air-cooler is specially designed for preservation, refrigeration and cold storages

 2) The shell is made of quality steel plate; sprayed plastic surface is anti-corrosive, and its appearance is handsome

 3) Coiled pipes are mechanical expanding tubes in staggered arrangement; therefore, copper tubes and aluminum sheets are combined closely.

 4) Long-distance air supply ducts can be used.

Control box

    Just a start press, you can control the system automatically, without human operation. When the room temp drops to the lower limit of the set temperature, the compressor and air cooler will stop working automatically; When the room temp rises to upper limit of the set temperature the compressor and air cooled will start to work automatically.
