Cylindrical roller thrust bearings are simple in form and design and are produced in single row  and double row designs.

 1.Separable design; the individual components can be mounted separately.

 2. The cylindrical surface of the rollers is slightly relieved towards the ends. The resulting contact profile        virtually eliminates damaging edge stresses

 3. Single direction bearings can sustain only axial loads.

 4. They are suitable for heavy loads and have high axial rigidity.

1. The cages are machined brass , for heavy loads and have high axial rigidity.( thrust bearings containing cylindrical rollers  )

2. Besides the original type, the E type with pressed cages for high load capacity .( thrust bearings containing convex rollers )

3. For horizontal shaft or high speed application, machined brass cages are recommended.

4.oil lubrication should be used even at low speed. The cages in the original type are machined brass.
