Its manufacturing procedures are:to roll the steel board to the tube shape, then put the assembly of flange and shaft into the tube.The following procedures are correction, adjustment and welding. These procedures can ensure static balance of pulley, regular tube thickness and shaft's reasonable float to tube, thus to lower stress inside the pulley.
