Scope of application:

This type of belt conveyor is applicable in continuous tilted transportation of bulk material in coal mine, port and coal washery.  

Structural features: 

The actuator and unloading device both adopt detachable triangular or trapezoidal support, while the roller generally uses the high-intensity cast welding structure. The drive device mainly adopts frequency conversion soft start. Four to five carrier rollers are installed on each group of beams and steel cord belt with or without different patterns are used. This type of belt conveyor is installed with Safety protection device.

It is part of the belt conveyor,welded by angle iron(U-steel),baseboard, pedestal,steel tube, shaped like an H. This part is used for supporting the intermediate frame and carrying the total weight of rubber belt and material. Normally, H-frame I-type and H-frame Ⅱ-type are used in rotation.
Intermediate frame is part of belt conveyor, used for installing cross beam of idler and the entire idler.Generally made of box iron or angle steel, it is fixed together with H-frame from below.Length:3~6 m.Specification of box steel.

Transmission drum:

Transmission drum,shaped like a cylindrical canister,is the most important component of belt conveyor.Linked with the actuating device,transmission drum is used to transmit power of conveyor.Watt level depents on the friction coefficient and wrap angle between the surface of transmission drum and conveyor belt.Transmission drum mainly consists of coiling block, axle, bearing and bearing pedestal.Generally, patterns of rhombus and herringbone are added to the surface of transmission drum casted with rubber for the purpose of increasing friction and discharging adhesive material.Transmission drum is linked with axle by chain or taper-lock.The material of the surface of transmission drum is polyurethane rubber or ceramics.Coiling block of transmission drum of heavy type uses cast-weld structure.
