2. Q: Where is your factory located? How can we visit there? Which airport land? How far from Shanghai or

 Guangzhou?

     A: Our factory is located in Jiangyin City, Jiangsu Province, China. The nearest airport is Wuxi airport. From 

Shanghai to Wuxi by high speed train about 40 minutes, from Guangzhou to Wuxi by air about 2 hours. We will 

pick up you at Wuxi train station or airport.

3. Q: What’s your main product?

    A: We are a 30-year packaging machine factory. We are engaged in producing Extrusion Laminating 

Machine, Film Blowing Machine, Bag Making Machine, Printing Machine, Recycling Machine, etc. The price of

 machine is discussible. Welcome your inquiry.

4. Q: How long time for the machines guarantee?

    A: For the quickwear part about one year. During one year, if the machines are damaged by nature not by

 human force, we will send you the spare parts for free.

5. Q: How do you keep the quality and after sales service?

    A: Our idea is “Quality is the first and the most important.” We insist on long time business, not only one. 

From beginning to end, workers care every detail in handling the producing and packing processes; the third

 department like SGS, CE, ISO9001 specially responsible for quality checking in each process. For the 

after-sale service, we can send our engineer to your country to help you install machines and teach your 

workers how to operate machines if you are willing. If you have any question, we will reply and try our best to 

solve within 12 hours.

 6. Q: How about machine testing?

     A: If you come, we will test machine with you together. If you need special material to test, pls take them. 

If you can’t come, we will test by ourselves and send you the video for your reference.

 7. Q: How about the payment terms and delivery time?

     A: We accept T/T, Western union, MoneyGram,100% Irrevocable L/C at sight.

Delivery time: for small machines like film blowing machine, bag making machine, 28 days after getting 30% 

advance money; for big machines like coating machine, big printing machine, 68 days after getting 

30% advance money.
