Q1: Are you a manufacturer or trading company?

A1: yes, we are manufacturer. We located in Shenzhen, China. And the FOB Shenzhen port is Yantian/Shekou.

Q2: Can I customized my product in your factory?

A2: Sure, we offer OEM and ODM service.

Q3: Do your product comes with a warranty?

A3: yes, 1 year parts and labor.

Q4: Can you give me a discount?

A4: Yes, the discount comes with different quantity. If the order quantity exceed 50pcs, we will give you a discount, if exceed 100pcs, another discount, if exceed 300pcs, 500pcs, 1000pcs, 2000pcs..., the more quantity your order, the lower price you will get.

Q5: What information should I provide if i want to get a quotation?

Q6: How many days will the sample be available? And what about the mass production?

A6: sample will be sent out within 3 days after sample cost is settled and confirmed. For mass production, ready in 1-3 days with stock, 1-3 weeks for those without stock.

Q7: what is your inspection procedure?

A7: 1st inspection: when the raw material is sourced, we will have a 100% inspection.

   2nd inspection: during production, we will inspect goods randomly

   3rd inspection: after production is finished. Our QC department will choose 10-50%   completed goods for inspection. The inspection percent depends on the order quantity!

Q8: how do you ship the goods?

A8: by sea, by air, by courier(DHL/UPS/FedEx/TNT etc)

Pre-Sale: Respond Customer's inquiry in 12 hours, answering all reasonable questions raised, help make sales plans, recommend products for different market, help customer with custom-design packages etc.

On-Sale: after order is placed, we will keep close eyes on the production schedule to make sure the cargo will be delivered in time as promised. and cargo will be inspected for 4 times before delivery.

After-Sale: after the cargo is dispatched, we will help to track the goods and notity customer when cargo arrrived the destination. also, we will keep an eye on the cargo sales status. If the end user came across a problem, we can offer technical support/suggestions, etc.

Warranty: 2 years warranty for long-term business customers.

Back-up: product defect rate is almost 0%, but if a product needs repairing, we can help to do that. if the products is unable to repair, we will send new one for replacement.
