The characteristics of the oil grade CMC

Papermaking grade carboxymethyl cellulose CMC product features

    Sodium carboxymethyl cellulose (CMC) is a kind of efficient papermaking additives, can be used in paint coating, plasma adding, surface sizing, such as multiple processes, has a good water retention, dispersion and excellent shear thinning. In the main role in the papermaking industry:

1.Paint coating

♦ Control and adjust the rheological property of coating and pigment dispersion, improve the solid content of coatings;

♦ Make the coating pseudoplastic and speed up the coating of paint;

♦ Enhance coating water retention, prevent water soluble adhesive migration;

♦ Good film-forming, improve gloss coating;

♦ Improve the retention rate of whitening agent in the coating, increase the whiteness of paper;

♦ Improve the lubrication performance of coatings, improve the quality of coating, prolong the service life of blade.

2. Add within a plasma

♦ Improve the efficiency of pulping, promote fiber refining, shorten the beating time;

♦ Adjust intracytoplasmic potential, uniform dispersion fiber, improve paper machine manufacture paper with pulp properties, further improve the sheet forming;

♦ Increase the retention of all kinds of additives, packing and small rate;

♦ Increasing the adhesion strength between the fiber and improve paper physical properties;

♦ Used with dry, wet strength agent, can improve the dry and wet strength of paper;

♦ Improve the paper surface strength and abrasion resistance, reduce dropping off powder, improve the quality of printing.
