4. Rinser/ Filler/ Capper Monobloc Introduction:

a. Rinser: Rotary, Bottle grippers on starwheel and washing water nozzles equipped, CIP system, (Gripped bottle are turned over and mouth centred above the nozzle spraying water into the bottle, after which bottles are turned to original position.)

b. Filler: Removable filling valves made of food-grade stainless steel and corrosion-resistant seal ring;

c. Capper: Rotary, Consists of cap hopper, cap feeder and cam-triggering capping heads (Able to raise or lower by a follower riding on a shaped cam).

( For various bottles, changeable parts of the monobloc are needed.)
