Rolling type bottle washing machine has the feature of nice appearance, rational layout, simple structure, convenient operation, steady production performance etc. It is applicable to cleaning inside and outside of round shaped bottles or special-shaped bottles which have a shoulder. There are two times of water washing and one time gas washing (purified water injection, purified gas) to wash alternatively and make bottles meet production process requirements and also conduct initial drying on bottles. According to production requirements, ultrasonic device can be matched. The unique structure using mechanical template to fix bottles and wash bottles separately leads to low bottle attrition rate. Cleaning process is reasonable, and after washing, bottles are highly clean. Less water consumption, simple operation, and easy maintenance are the merits of the machines. It can be used independently or combined with other machines to form a complete production line. It conforms to GMP requirements.
