Primary effect filter cotton (also called Coarse filter cotton  ) is the gradual density of synthetic fiber filter material, economical and practical, low initial resistance dust high volume, flexible, safety and environmental protection, easy to use, this series of products is mainly used for water purification system pre filter, air cleaning filter is the most commonly used, the most common filter material with filtered air is more than or equal to 5um dust particles and suspended matter.

Apply to filters need to be frequently cleaned, air filtration system pre filtering. The main components are as follows: PET (polyester fiber) and PP (polypropylene fiber), the general production process method is generally used hot air method and acupuncture method.

4 use condition

Temperature: -10~~100 DEG C, humidity: less than or equal to 80%, slightly acidic slightly alkaline air filtration, non flammable, automatically extinguished with DIN53438 flame retardant standards F1.

5 service life

In the condition of rated air, filter cotton effect can normally used for 1 to 2 months, that is required to replace the filter cotton; or when the resistance of the filter cotton reached more than 200Pa, must replace the filter cotton, filter cotton is washable, replace the filter can use clear water or containing in detergent solution washing, dry with compressed air or cold dry, then put on; allows up to secondary cleaning, that must be replaced with a new filter cotton, and each cleaning, filtration efficiency will reduce 15%; such as the use of environment in the dust concentration is very high, the use life cycle will also reduce containing.
