Q: What can I do if LED don’t work? Is it warranty?

A: Checking the remote can control or not, switch turn on/off or not, charger can be charging or not, or replace other same charger to charge. Check double times.

Please take video to keep the test process, then report the failure to us. Our engineer will make the preliminary problem result depend on your video and give relative solution.

If the product is in warranty valid, and the problem is not artificial damage or damage result of using not according to the user guide, don’t try to open the LED, we will request you to send back the light base for us test when necessary, then we will freely send you new LED to replace.

A: *Don’t place led furniture close to fire or high temperature;

*Do not attempt to dismount lamp assembly to avoid risk of electrical shock or alteration of waterproof; failure to comply will automatically void warranty.

*Ensure first charging on 8hrs to extend the battery life;

*Charger we supply is 4.2V, don’t use other suppliers’ charger to charging products.

*Although impact resistance and waterproof, avoid submerging in water and expose sunshine over extended period. Besides, the adapter is not waterproof;

*Although LED furniture is low-power electronic product, but don’t let children use LED furniture without adult Supervision.

*If the LED furniture is dirty, use the alcohol or detergent to clean.
