Spiral Wound Gasket for Flange

Spiral wound gasket consists of "V-shape"(or"W-shape") metal tape and nonmetal tape, which are overlapped each other and wound continuously.

To fasten the metal tape, both its start point and end point are tack welded.

Material: SS316,SS304,SS321,Ti,C276,etc

Standard: ASME B16.20, ANSI B16.5 etc.

Pressure: 150PSI, 300PSI, 600PSI, 900PSI

Filler: PTFE, graphite, etc

Type:

1. Wound style gasket:  basic type, with inner ring, with outer ring, and with inner and outer rings.

2. Heat exchanger wound style gasket: basic type and with inner and outer rings.

Nonmetal tape: flexible graphite, special made asbestos, teflon and non-asbestos paper
