Characteristics & Applications:

1) Full automatic  Disposable Hygiene Films Machine Made up of plastic extruder, T die, first unwinder, embossing unit,second unwinder, edge trim unit, slitting system, automatic rewinder, etc.

2) Friction roll rewinding, or double-station turret rewinding, roll pre-rewinding device and single or double side laminating machine for choice.

3) Full automatic  Disposable Hygiene Films Machine Running for 24 hours, and change rolls automatically without stop, production speed can be 30-100/min.

4) Laminating PE, EVA, PP, TPU with paper,plastic film, non-woven, fabric or aluminum foil into double layer, three layers or multi-layers products.
