1).This Automatic Glass Bottle Juice Filling Machinery /Alcohol Filling Machine is used for Glass bottle,Aluminium Cap alcohol/ liquor filling, such as Apple Juice, Orange Juice, Apple Vinegar,Vodka and Wiskey. 

2). This Glass Bottle Juice Filling Machinery has the functions of bottle washing,alcohol filling, and bottle capping. This design reduce the time of liquid contact with outside. It improve the sanitation condition, increase the production capacity and economic efficiency.

3). It adpots automatic screw Rod sperate bottle and feeding system, it lessen the bottle broken rate and make the bottle supply more stably.

4).This automatic Glass Bottle Juice Filling Machinery use high quality food grade stainless steel material. All the material contact with liquid is Stainless Steel 304 (& stainless steel 316L according to customer's demands).

5). This  automatic Glass Bottle Juice Filling Machinery uses gravity filling and posseses the advantages of fast filling positioning and high accuracy liquid level surface; spring-loaded clamp hand washing, empty bottles with the track automatically turn 180 degrees to washing bottle with high efficiency; the machine adopts a four knives of aluminum cap, two knives is capping thread, two sealing the bottom edge of cover and does not damage cover, reliable tight seal; rotary cap sorter with air power caps sorting is used to not damage no damage the cover surface , Feeding bottle uses bottle screw, so make the whole machine operation more stable.

6).The whole machine is equipped with advanced PLC controlling system. Key electric elements is from international well-known brand such as MITSUBISHI, OMRON,SCHNEIDER. 

7). This automatic Glass Bottle Juice Filling Machinery series can fill alcohol from 1000bph to 15000bph.
