Corrugated Plastic Sheets,Described as a twin walled,extrude polypropylene(PP) or Polyethylene(PE) sheet with hollow sections connected by vertical ribs,is a high qality polypropylene twinwall profile sheet formulated for use in the screen print-ing,display and packaging markets.Corrugated Plastic uses a copolymer resin in order to increase impact and low temperature performance.Corrugated Plastic retains the ability to be flexed and unlimited number of times without breaking.It is chemically inert,with a NIL ph factor and most oils,solvents and water have no effect.Performs well under adverse weather conditions or when exposed to harsh chemicals.

1. Advertising and printing: These pp hollow sheets are used as sign board, shop window displays, pop-up displays, exhibition boards, picture frame backing, digital printing and screen-printing. All sheets are electro statically treated by corona discharge to allow specifically formulated inks and adhesives to adhere.

2. Packaging and reusable packaging: The Sheet can easily be bent and cut; it can be designed as all kinds of transportation box, mailbox, display rack, partition, gift boxes, food packing ,export packaging , agriculture packaging, automobile industry etc.

3. Partitions: They can be used as layer padding, inner lining of Almira, windows and false ceilings.

4. Cable guard: PP CORRUGATED SHEETS are being widely used as cableguard in the wire and cable industry for protecting products while transportation on reel/drums.These can also be used to line the drums of wooden or metal reels. They provide a smooth surface for wrapping products around the drum. They keep the inside of reel flanges smooth so the wire or cable does not get damaged.

5.Floor protector/Floor guard: Floor guard is an extruded polypropylene sheet used as protection board that replaces traditional floor protector materials like plywood & gypsum board. Hygienic, clean working environment that boosts performance and avoids the dusty, uncomfortable atmosphere of POP.

Sample normally is free of charge but the express fee is usually borne  by customer.
