Thermocouple Sheathing of Silicon Carbide for Molten Aluminium and Zinc metals.
These Thermocouple Sheathings are made out of silicon carbide and carbide heaters are used for immersion in aluminium baths for molten metal temperature control. These tubes can withstand temperatures upto 1500 oC and are used in de-gasing of non-ferrous molten metals.
Bochuan Thermocouple Sheathing allows molten metal temperatures to be controlled upto within one degree centigrade, thus reducing the rejection rates of castings considerabilly
