1-General Conveyer Belt

The physical and mechanical properties of nylon conveyer belt and EP conveyer belt are as following:
1. The physical and mechanical properties of coverffig layer: please refer to the physical and mechanical properties of the common conveyer belt.
2. Tensile property of through thickness:
a. The longitudinal tensile strength is not lower than the following nominal value:315 400 500 600 630 8OO 9OO 1000N/mm
b. The total thickness elongation rate of the belt should not less than 10%, the reference force elongation rate of total thickness should no more than 4%.
c. Straightness: no more than 25mm.

3-Steel Cord Conveyer Belt
It can be extensively used in the coal, mining, port, metallurgy, power and chemical industries, and is applicable for the conveyance of materials with heavy load, long distance and large freight volume.

4-Corrugated Sidewall Conveyer Belt

Corrugated sidewall conveyor belt always work together with the sidewall transferring system, normally the angle is more than 30°, It also could work together with the general conveying machine for the horizontal and short distance transportation. (Generally, No cleated)

Sidewall conveyor belt using baseband that the though degree is more that 0.03,sidewall and cleated(which is not necessary in the horizontal transportation)was made after twice sulfuration.

5-PVC PVG conveyor belt   Non pressed PVC type is suitable for applications in dry conditions at a slope angle of no greater than 16 degrees. PVG type is suitable for applications at a slope angle of less than 20 degrees.

1. The belt has good flame resistance and anti-static properties .It can fully satisfy the requirements of MT-914 and is especially suitable for material conveying at inflammable or underground coal mines.

2. The solid woven fabric uses high tensile strength and low elongation polyester long filament as warp fiber, for weft fiber, it uses high tensile and medium modulus nylon filament. The fabric is high in strength, low in elongation, light in carcass, free of separation of plies, shock resistant, anti-tear and good in trough ability.

3. Non pressed PVC type is suitable for applications in dry conditions at a slope angle of no greater than 16 degrees. PVG type is suitable for applications at a slope angle of less than 20 degrees.
