1. Roller components: Roller skin; shaft; bearing; bearing housing; sealing parts
2. Diameter:50-219mm.
3. Length:190-3500mm.
4. Material: carbon steel pipe, rubber, HDPE or UHMWPE
5. Shafts diameter from 20 - 40mm
6. Shaft external length: 10-40 mm on each side or as drawing
7. Tube wall thickness: 2-5mm or more than 5mm
8. The oil loading of the shaft should be 2/3 to 3/4of the bearing gap, the space between the sealing ring should be filled.
9. The idler external circular radial beat range
Belt speed ≥3.15m/s:0.5-1.7;
Belt speed <3.15m/s:0.6-1.9
10. Under the 500N axial pressure,the axial displacement of the idler must be less than 0.7mm
11. The idler can work normally in the water and dust.
