Usage:

XCT4000 Toilet Soap Vacuum Bar Exporting Machine is new form. The double screw diameter of first

bar exporting usesΦ300×2, and the second is single screw.The diameter isΦ405. Both lead-screws of the preliminary and secondary bar plodder are made of aluminum alloy.

• The barrel is made by special-made high grade seamless stainless steel pipe. Any parts which contact soap basis material adopt high quality stainless steel which could greatly guarantee the quality of product. The transmission part adopts standard hard-teeth fine-ground gear face reducer with wear-resistance, low noise, compact structure which is quite stable and reliable. Cover shell use viewable window for easy supervising the operation.

• Both the preliminary and final plodders complete with frequency convertor speed regulation(American AB Brand) which production capacity can be adjusted discretional at rated range to meet the needs of different production scale. Also use PLC touch screen control and electromagnetism valve control the refrigerated water in and out.

• The vacuum chamber use jacket design which can be connected into heated or cooling water, and there is heating system at the plodder mould which can be settled the temperature.
