 Working Principle of  copper wire chopping machine :

When directly put into the machine, used cable is cut into granules first, during this process, copper and 

plastic is separated but mixed together, then the granules are sent to vibration device for separation,  

through wind blow and vibration, the copper and plasticis are separated, then pure copper comes out from

one side and pure plastic comes out from the other side, we collect the separated pure copper and plastic 

at last!

1)Materials are crushed in the crusher to have plastic skin and copper granules;

2)The crushed materials (mixture of copper and plastic) are conveyed to the separator by the conveyor, during which procedure the plastic granules (including fiber, rope, or tapes, etc. mixed in the wires) are cleaned by the dust cleaner.

3)The separator is consist of separating board, eccentric device, adjustable amplitude device,and speed adjustable motor, etc. It is used to separate plastic and copper.

4)All units are installed on the underbed to form a whole structure, easy for transportation. The machine is adjusted ready for production before shipment, and customer only need to connect it to the power supply.

Working process of  copper wire chopping machine : 

1. Crushing process
Put waste copper wire into crusher to grind the wire into granular 
2. Conveying and dust-collecting
After crushing, the mixture of copper and plastic will be conveyed to the separator, during which 

procedure the plastic granules (including fiber, rope, or dust, etc. ) are cleaned by the dust cleaner.
3. Separating and collecting process
The vibrating separator consists of separating board, amplitude adjustable device, and speed 

adjustable motor, etc.
