Production technology and ingredients

1. The production area should more than 300 square meters, factory building could be   (8 m *15m) 100-200 square, and three-phase power source is need.

2. The first thing to prepare is some plate in order to use brick,which can use the old template, bamboo veneer cutting. Plate specification: 750*530*30mm, quantity: 600-1000.

3. A better quality of cement used no. 325 or 425 cement, conditional can prepare some fly ash, fine fine stone, coarse sand within 0.5. Also can be directly use stone powder, it has served the less fine stone grain.
