1. Starting: when reference voltage, reference frequency and power factor is under 1.0 condition, meter class 1 is 0.4%Ib, and meter class 2 is 0.5%Ib , the meter can start and normally measure.

2. Shunt running: the meter has anti-shunt running logic circuit. when voltage circuit plus 1.15 times reference voltage, and there is no current in current circuit, the test output of meter will be no more than one pulse.

3. Power consumption：≤1W（5VA）。

4. Environment condition standard working temperature：-25℃～55℃ 

  limit of working temperature：-25℃～60℃ 

  note: Special requirement of working temperature limit：-40℃～70℃

Basic Error

1.Energy measuring function
    To measure total active energy, reversal energy accumulated as positive, data always displayed in the top line on LCD

2. Output Interface
    Active passive pulse output interface with optocoupler isolation. Pulse light blinks when there is pulse.

3.Reverse function
    Reverse Tamper Light alarms, when the energy reverses. 

4.Display function
    The meter uses LCD in a clearer display and nicer appearance. When there is an external power source, the total consumed energy is displayed in the top line, while the other items of power rate, current, voltage and demand are displayed in the lower line in turns with an interval of10 second . If there is no external power source, the meter will be backed up by battery, and the meter will only display the total consumed energy.
    When energy-theft by neutral missing happens, the meter will display total consumed energy in the upper line on the screen, and power rate, current, rated voltage and MD will be displayed in the lower line in turns one by one with an interval of 10 seconds.

5. Backlight function
    When it is working normally with external power source, the backlight is always on.
    When energy-theft by neutral missing happens, to save the power consumption, the backlight will only work on the condition that the current reaches at least 5A.

6. parameter measuring function
    The meter measures voltage, current , power rate, demand. The interval of measuring demand is 15 minutes among which there is 1 minute’s overlap between intervals.
