Shipping 

1. FedEx/DHL/UPS/TNT, Door-to-Door;
2. By Air or by Sea for big quantity, for FCL; Airport/ Port receiving;
3. Customers specifying own forwarders or shipping methods are accepted.
4. Delivery Time: 3-7 days for samples; 5-25 days for batch goods. 

Payment 

1. Payment: T/T, Western Union, MoneyGram,PayPal, Escrow, trade assurance etc.

2. Discounts for big orders.

Warranty & Return Policies 

14months warranty for all batteries,  If there are defective goods. Please send back to us.  we will replace it in the following order freely.

But please be noted :

1. Do not remove battery when charging . 

2. Do not place the battery stored in more than 45 °C high temperature environment or in fire,otherwise it may cause the battery explosion. 

3. Don't exert external force to the battery. 

4. Do not place the battery with conductor such as key, coins etc  to avoid shortcircuit.  

5. Do not let battery be moist or put it in water. 

6. Suggest choosing original charger or performance reliable charger for  charging.

Packaging & Functions                                           

Each battery in PE bag-- whith box for each--2pcs to a middle box--Carton Box. 

Small order: by Express/DHL/UPS/Fedex/EMS,  Big order by sea/air or as you need .
