Yarn Description

By means of computer simulation design, special high precise electrical processing machine for micro irregularly shaped hole and integrated spinning technology, developed PET fiber with high irregular section of “flat cross” and “six groove”. By applying capillary tubes principal into surface structure of fiber, which can quickly absorb the sweat of the human body and swiftly wick the moisture to the external side of the fabric.

By introducing copolymerization of polyester molecular hydrophilic group, and the modification of the fibers, the fiber has good and lasting moisture absorption.

1. Moisture management, long-term soil release properties
2. Can be normal pressure dyeing, accord with the requirement of energy saving and environmental protection
3. Water diffusion time is less than 3 seconds, moisture drying rate is greater than 0.18 g/h

Wicking fibers are widely used in underwear, shirts, sportswear, socks and so on.
