1. Knife casing, bearing and water-proof rubber ring are set with assembling gap due to the precise design. Given considering to the physical phenomenon of expanding with heat and contracting with cold, the problem of bearing cracking due to local high temperature brought by high speed rotation of the knife casing is resolved.

2. Special process is adopted to connect two blades, being simple and stable and reducing the seams where dirty things may hide. It is easier to clean it than the one with common screw structure.

3. 1.8mm thick 310 stainless steel blade is made by overall stamping, being solid and sharp with stronger toughness and longer working life without passivation.
