Design Introduction

as automatically including raw material intaking, pre-cleaning, elevating, seperating, de-stoning, peeling,

degerming, dedusting and milling.In order to save floor space and reduce power consumption, we build it

bileveled with steel structure which is more compect and artistic.Taking maize as raw material, you can get maize

flour, maize grits and animal feed from this plant at the same time.

The Process of the Production Line

A   Maize Acceptance Part

      Between maize storage and the production line, there will be a pit underground to receive

the maize. In this part, there will be a elevator to transport maize to the next part.

B   Maize Cleaning Part 

      In this part, we will place one set of vibrating sieve to remove impurities such as sands, leaves,

small rocks, etc from the raw maize, and then make the maize go though the de-stoner to remove

stones. Besides, there will be a magnetic box at the entrance of ezch machine to collect magnetic

foreign materials.

C   Maize Peeling and Degerming Part

      Usually we allocate this part as clients' needs. In this part, two sets of emery roller dehuller and

one set of iron roller peeler with polisher will be sited to peel and degerm, by which way most of the

husks and germs will be removed from the corn.

D   Maize Crushing and Milling Part

      In this part, the dehulled maize will go though hammer mill and single /double roller mill for further

process. By using grading plansifter, polisher, gravity table, separating sieve etc, you can get grits with

different sizes and flour in certain mesh.
