The galvanized swivel eyes or chain locking plates are equipped on each end. It is connected with central steel member.

The closed cell polyethylene/EVA foam core guarantees unsinkable even the cylindrical foam buoys skin punctured. The resilient foam core ensures the buoy is self-fendering. The durable and flexible polyurethane elastomer was spray applied. It’s resistant to abrasion and UV rays degradation.
