     General Packaging:

     transparent  labels on lamps,

     one pc of lamp per white box,

     1000pcs per carton,

     shipping marks on outer cartons.

      Available Packaging:

      Colour boxes, Printed cartons, Blister pack with colour cards, Blister pack with white boxes, 

      blister pack with colour boxes ect.

5, Payment method

    T/T(Bank transfer): 30% to confirm the order, 70% before shipment or 100% before shipment.

    Western Union

    Paypal: We do have Paypal account, but customer should pay the handling fee(USD35+1.039%+USD0.2).

6, Warranty

    2 years after shipment.

    If there are defective bulbs, we can send you replacements next time.  But you need to take photos for claim.

7, Shipment

     We can send the goods via DHL/ Fedex/ UPS/ TNT whichever is cheapest to your country.

    Or we can send the goods by sea or by air, or even use your forwarders.

    Promise: We never add extra money on freight cost. We will return the extra cost to you if we calculte more weight.

8, Newest designs

    Sometimes we will improve our designs, but only better than old designs, for example on our picture,

    there are no cooling holes, but maybe the goods you received have some cooling holes. Please do not worry.

    This is normal.  As our main aim is to improve our designs to better quality.

    If you care this very much, please inquiry us before ordering. Otherwise, we do not accept returns for this reason.

9, OEM Service

    We accept all kinds of OEM services, such as stick customers' own labels, own cartons, design customer's 

    own products, use specified leds etc.
