SkyRainbow® PVDF coating is based in HYLAR5000 & KYNAR500 which has special advantage in corrosion resistance, pollution resistance and weather resistance; the products can keep best appearance even under extremely hot or frigid weather.

2. High peel strength

Peel strength is the key technical index for ACP. The introduction of the U.S.A DuPont technology and raw materials enable SkyRainbow® to reach top level. We have exceeded 50% of national standard. In the meantime, our technology has improved the flatness of panel much.

3. Impact resistance

In our production, we use adhesive film from DuPont, paints from Becker and PPG, and aluminum alloy from Southwest. With high temperature lamination, SkyRainbow® has best performance in impact resistance, strength and T-bend characteristics. SkyRainbow® can keep perfect shapes even in wind-swept climate.

4, Evenly coating and customized colors

We have our own quality control system and coating lines. The application of chemical treatment and oxidative foils technology in alloy surface gives strongly adhesive force between aluminium alloy and the coating layers. With more than one decade experience in ACP field, we provide various colors for your reference.

5, Maintenance free

SkyRainbow® has good self-cleaning feature. Even in heavily polluted area, neutral detergent can keep SkyRainbow® new appearance.
