Initially, we focused on manufacture and research of the abrasion-proof material, and then got into one of the join-equity enterprises, which produces larger crushing machinery and provides the perfect solutions. SANYYO Brand products has covered every province and municipality China. In recent years, we exported to all over the world, such as Africa, Southeast Asia, European countries etc. Gradually, SANYYO has become one of the manufacturer and export bases for large crushing and screening equipment in China.

We have established three modern manufacture bases, which covers more than 60000 square meters in Shanghai Development Industrial Zone. As a group company, SANYYO owns three factories and on the position to manufacture all the equipment of complete crushing plants needed. Also we have also cooperated closely with institute for Product Research and Development, technical communication to ensure perfects product and production line design. At the same time, in order to help customer’s analysis on site and establish perfect product line, SANYYO has a group of experienced design engineers who are in this field for more than 15 years and ready to serve customer all the time. SANYYO has already built 3 offices, which include Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Mongolia, and Vietnam.

About the product quality

1.Frame. All machines as produced by SANYYO Company are all manufactured from the best domestic steel - from Shanghai Bao Steel.
2. Bearings. All bearings used in our SANYYO machines are either TIMKEN, China Brand. (TIMKEN Bearing is an American Brand, which is one of the top three bearing in the world) or SKF well known throughout the world. Both are well-known international brands. We are different since most of other manufacturers of crushers use the domestic brand bearing.
3. Electric components parts: Most of the electronic components in used in our SANYYO machines are of Schneider Brand - Schneider is the world's top brand.
4.Motor. All motors used in our factory, are of Siemens China Brand.
5. Eccentric Shaft. SANYYO's eccentric shafts are processed using high-temperatures, three carbon injury, brittle factory fire, tempering and other procedures ensuring our clients of long lasting high performance use.
6.Accessories Material: Most of the Spare parts in SANYYO's factory are Mn16Cr2.It is more resistant than Mn13Cr2 and it is of a longer life.

Our packing and payment terms

1.We usually accept T/T,L/C,D/P,D/A.
2.T/T: 30% in advance as the deposit payment,the balance will be paied before shipemt;
3.We will take pictures of finished products before delivery.

Ways of Packing

exporting standard packing,for example:wood packing,bulking packing,iron packing,nuded packing,etc.

Transportation:

1.By sea Freight or by air.
2.MSK/MSC/APL/EMC/WANHAI/KLINE/CMA/NDS,etc.Also we could meet the customer's requestments if they have nominated shiping company.
3.In order to meet customer's requestments for tariff preference,we will provide the full set clearance docs,also provide you the CO/CNCA/Form E,etc.
