About the product quality

1.Frame. All machines as produced by SANYYO Company are all manufactured from the best domestic steel - from Shanghai Bao Steel.
2. Bearings. All bearings used in our SANYYO machines are either TIMKEN, China Brand. (TIMKEN Bearing is an American Brand, which is one of the top three bearing in the world) or SKF well known throughout the world. Both are well-known international brands. We are different since most of other manufacturers of crushers use the domestic brand bearing.
3. Electric components parts: Most of the electronic components in used in our SANYYO machines are of Schneider Brand - Schneider is the world's top brand.
4.Motor. All motors used in our factory, are of Siemens China Brand.
5. Eccentric Shaft. SANYYO's eccentric shafts are processed using high-temperatures, three carbon injury, brittle factory fire, tempering and other procedures ensuring our clients of long lasting high performance use.

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory.And we are located in Pudong area,Shanghai China.Nearby the Pudong International air port!

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 7-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 25-30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q:Payment
A:30% by T/T in advance once sign the order + 70% before shipment

Q: What about Warranty? what will we do if the machine is broken down
A: The warranty period for all of huahong’s structural and mechanical equipment is normally two years longer than the other suppliers. Wear parts are not covered in warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.In the warranty periods,our sales engineers will be to the machine working spot to repair the machines with free of charges.
