SANYYO PF Series impact crushers feature a unique combination of heavy-duty rotor,crushing chamber and wear material. Dealing with the material no more than 350Mpa anti-pressure strength,Impact Crusher can be widely used in the first and secondary crushing.During the process of operating,the rotor in high speed will be brought along by the eletric motor.The material will be stricken by the Flat Hammer to be crushed,and then be countered to the liner for the second crushing,then be discharged through the discharge opening.

SANYYO impact crushers working principle
When the impact crusher works, The rotor rotates with a high speed driven by power motor when the machine is working. When the materials get into hammer effect area, they are impacted to break on the rotor and then thrown to the impacting position to take another crushing. After that materials will spring back to hammer impacting area from impact wrist plate for crushing again.The process won’t stop till the material are crushed to the required size and then discharged from outlet.

Q: Are you trading company or manufacturer ?
A: We are factory.And we are located in Pudong area,Shanghai China.Nearby the Pudong International air port!

Q: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally it is 7-10 days if the goods are in stock. or it is 25-30 days if the goods are not in stock, it is according to quantity.

Q:Payment
A:30% by T/T in advance once sign the order + 70% before shipment

Q: What about Warranty? what will we do if the machine is broken down
A: The warranty period for all of huahong’s structural and mechanical equipment is normally two years longer than the other suppliers. Wear parts are not covered in warranty unless the component part is found to be flawed.In the warranty periods,our sales engineers will be to the machine working spot to repair the machines with free of charges.
