The working principle of the cone crusher.

The cone crusher breaks the raw material by squeezing it between its walls, which are completely covered with resistant mantle and a bowl liner. The raw material is getting squeezed at the exact moment it enters the area between the mantle and the bowl liner. When the raw material is pressed and crushed for the first time, it reaches the next crushing process and it is pressed and broken again. Materials of the desired size drop through the discharge opening at the bottom of the cone crushing. This same process continues until the materials are into the desired small pieces. When compared with all other crushers, the cone crusher working principle is the most efficient.
