General Features:

Mattress & Headrest of the Barcelona Daybed

To create the deep and precise tufting, coverings of the mattress and headrest are made of individually stitched and piped square top Italian leather pieces. Back side of the mattress is made of top Italian leather with 4 edges and cotton cloth in the middle part. For the foam can be moved out, there is one zipper sawed along the middle of the long edge.

Mattress and headrest are filled with flexible foam and fiberfill to avoid losing its shape, and headrest is upholstered with double-layer leather belts tied to the frame for its fixedness.

There are 50 hand-made Italy leather buttons on the mattress to make a muscle effect and comfort relaxing.

Frame of the Barcelona Daybed

98cm wide ash wood frame (walnut or maple wood) can be lacquered in light or dark nut-brown, and 11 pieces of 4.5cm wide cowhide saddle leather straps riveted on the frame.

For the durable and safe use, there are 2 pieces of stainless steel bar with 4.5cm wide riveted to the frame.

Four tubular legs, with hand buffed stainless steel finish, fix to the lacquered ash wood frame and its diameter is 4.5cm.
