1. Q: Do you have your own factory ?  

A: Yes, we have 2 factories. 

2. Q: How many kinds of products in your factory ? 

Factory 1: slate craft, such as slate plate, slate coaster, slate tray, slate cake stand, slate candle holder, slate plant label, slate picture frame and so on. 

Factory 2: building material, such as cultural stone, flooring & cladding, roofing, slate slab, DIY interlocking paver(our patented product) and so on. 

3. Q: May I see the sample first ? 

A: Of course, we’re glad to provide the sample for you to check in advance. It will takes 1-3 days to make samples.We can send you the samples but the freight are charged. After the order is confirmed, we would pay back the express fee. Please be rest assured of that. 

4. Q: Do you have relevant certificates ? 

A: Yes, we have authorized SGS for the slate products. 

5. Q: what’s the characteristics of the slate?  

ü  All pieces are made from natural slate 

ü  Our slates are unique in shape, texture, colour, which means no two pieces will be the same

ü  Our slates have been treated with a food safer sealer 

ü  Our slates are washable using a mild detergent and water, while they can be put in a dishwasher we do not recommend it 

ü  Our slates are strong but will chip if dropped 

ü  Our slates are not suitable for putting in the oven or the microwave
