   20feet/40fee container spreader is designed for the handling of 20feet/40feet ISO containers with single or double hook jib cranes, in ports or on vessels. The twistlocks are activated by landing and lifting the spreader，from the container by the crane operator. No hydraulic or electric systems are needed.

Welded, I-shaped steel

Welded of spreader all use carbon dioxide protection welding machine for welding. The spreader use full-weld (no bolts) to replace the tradition way of connecting bolts. And inspection the welding point.

Lifting wire rope

four rope adjusted with the same length. One reseller linked rope adjusted to a correct position. So that the exchange plate can free rotation.

Spin-lock device

The driving device Make up of spring、crank and connecting rod, include drive cable,board,spin-lock and sling. 

Tension test
