Hydraulic telescopic container spreader is especially designed for shore container crane,which also can be used with gantry crane.It is suibable to lift 20ft and 40ft containers.SWL 40T.

CDNS1 series spreader is driven by hydraulic system,its automatic working provides high working efficiency,especially for large container loading and unloading yard.

Welded, I-shaped steel:

Welded of spreader all use carbon dioxide protection welding machine for welding. The spreader use full-weld (no bolts) to replace the tradition way of connecting bolts. And inspection the welding point.

Safety testing：

120% dead load test for every spreader in the plant.

All the lifting lug carry out the safety test in the plant. 

All the twistlock pin carry out the 15T safety test. 

Painting:

 After second blasting, clean the surface and scale cinder. After second blasting, paint the defects on the surface first, double check everthing.
Clean all the dust and oil. The whole progress should be less than 8 hours.
